Exceptional Circumstances: In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include: a) Unauthorized transactions b) Duplicate transactions due to technical errors c) Amounts charged in error
Refund Request Process: a) Requests must be made within 7 days of the donation date b) Contact us via email or phone with your name, donation amount, date, and reason for the refund request c) Provide any relevant documentation to support your request
Review Process: All refund requests will be carefully reviewed by our team. We aim to respond to all requests within 5 business days.
Approved Refunds: a) If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days b) Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible c) Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges may be deducted from the refunded amount
Recurring Donations: Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for past donations, but future scheduled donations will be cancelled.
Event Tickets: Refunds for event tickets will be handled according to the specific event’s refund policy, which will be communicated at the time of ticket purchase.
Right to Refuse: Shwas Foundation reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions.
